Personal Reflection
Trying to learn the way people eat in Antiguo Cuscatlan and trying to figure out looking at the performance of Market of Antiguo, I noticed that people in these establishments do not mind to eat around other people and there is a relationship of cooking (most times the owner of the place) or serving since it comes in is on the owner to provide food because he sees the person as a monetary target to convince insists that they sit in their eating area and achieves its goal.
It was very interesting exercise because we observed the process of how people come to the bench to eat and approach with others.
