We have chosen this pupuseria because we believe it’s a good example of shift in time. It’s located just near to a noisy road, still as you enter the enclosed space between the trees and the pupuseria, it seems like the road disappears. You don’t pay any more attention on the road but only on things happening in and around the pupuseria, the people who walk by, the animals. You enjoy your meal, the shadow, the nice breeze. By the fact you’re no longer aware of the noisy road and all the cars passing you by, you experience a shift in time. A shift in timewhere time suddenly seems to be going forward in a different way.
