Antiguo Cuscatlan shows that the way a person can experience a public space, can come from little things that in a subtle way can grab your attention, from little things like textures on the floor, vegetation, a small bench on a sidewalk, to a big tree in the middle of a park; these details that make you forget about the rest of the world or the things that are going outside this little world that you make your own for a few minutes, time stands still for a while, the rhythm of the city slows down and time has shifted for a while.
