(im)perfect : Look with new eyes

As a group decided go to observe a place that we usually use but never see what really happens there, so we chose the bus stop in "la ceiba" .
To have different perspectives on the place we separated and everyone chose a place to sit and start observing what happens at that point in specific
and here are the positions that each one chooses

1-church atrium/ javier
2-small cafe/ kervin
3-informal bus stop/ gaby
4-formal bus stop/ andrea

5-informal pupuseria/ Jensy

and here are the individual conclusions...

1- church atrium

"Basilica la ceiba my perfect moment, to introduce the concept of perfect and imperfect on the moment I sat at the atrium of the basilica, I had to draw to express my emotions and conclusions of the term “perfect” and “imperfect”, I start drawing the vegetations and trees of the plaza and then I realized, that the concept we were using ,had to be for a sentiment and not logical , the integration of nature and construction was so perfect, that I felt that structure and trees were having a conexion that, people and city were not having at that time, and the contrast of perfect and imperfect became so obvious at that particular time. Cars and noise, rush people and mess, the city was a caos that didn’t seem right, however the nature of the atrium were so calm and windy that I almost think that they were talking, the shadow of my tree was a relief of that sun, it’s that why “perfect” and “imperfect” it`s also present at the city."

Small cafe:

This cafe is a place where their flaws become perfect when compared to informal sales in the area. Interestingly, even though it has modest furniture, it is functional for the activities taking place on and is organized in a logical way to maximize space inside the cafeteria. The feelings generated by the views that we can see from the inside are better than those generated by the view outside. Inside we can see the vegetation around the back of the cafeteria, but to locate in tables outside, environment imperfections are noted so that the stay in place becomes uncomfortable.
It is also interesting to see how the place is isolated from the bus stops, so the pedestrian traffic is lower.
